We are looking for someone who is charismatic and charming and who can juggle multiple tasks at the same time. As our Director of First Impressions, your main responsibility will be answering a multi-line phone console. You will be tasked with communicating with the caller to determine where to route the call in an expedient, yet pleasant manner. You will also be the smiling face who greets visitors who enter our office. First impressions are everything – so your role is vital to our success. We’d love if you knew Microsoft programs (MS Word, Excel) as other clerical duties will be assigned. We are looking for someone who is dependable and always on time.
